I got this document by chance, it explains, if you click the photo, the way Asus deals with its customers and service its own Notebooks.
This plan is amazin, No company else could do that, as i know, even those who are known as a classic leaders in this market.
Just one notice, Asus gives its clients in USA & Canda as well, the option to send thier Notebooks which still under Gurantee to the service center via FedEx at zero cost. wonderful.
